Accredited Evidence-Based Rehabilitation

Appropriate for Persistent and Non-Progressing Pain Cases

Designed for workers’ compensation patients experiencing ongoing pain and significant functional limitations that hinder recovery. This program is designed for individuals who continue to experience persistent pain, reduced activity tolerance, fear of movement, or limited progress despite ongoing care.

Our multidisciplinary approach helps patients safely rebuild strength, endurance, confidence, and functional capacity through structured physical, behavioral, and educational support focused on successful return-to-work outcomes.

Patient Profile Indicators

Rebuilding communication pathways.

  • Persistent pain beyond expected timelines

  • Reduced functional capacity

  • Limited progress despite ongoing care

  • Fear of movement and kinesiophobia

Multidisciplinary Need

Patients requiring a structured team approach including physical, cognitive, and behavioral intervention.

When to Consider Referral

Image

Pain Persists Despite Therapy

Standard outpatient PT/OT has reached its maximum therapeutic benefit without achieving functional goals.

Image

Functional Plateau

The patient demonstrates deconditioning and an inability to progress in activity levels or job-related tasks.

Image

Delayed RTW Timelines

Return-to-work projections are stalled, and the claim duration is becoming prolonged without a clear path forward.

"Early referral to a structured program may help improve functional outcomes and reduce prolonged claim duration."

Structured, Full-Day Pain Rehabilitation

An intensive 20-day immersive experience focused on the whole person, integrating multiple clinical disciplines into one cohesive journey.

Physical Rehab

Intensive physical and occupational conditioning tailored to specific job demands and functional restoration.

Cognitive Care

Cognitive behavioral strategies to manage pain perception and build emotional resilience throughout recovery.

Progressing Through Pain

Correcting inner-ear issues and gaze stability for reduced dizziness.

Clinical & Claim Impact

  • Improved functional capacity through active conditioning

  • Increased self-efficacy and patient confidence in movement

  • Significant reduction in fear-avoidance behaviors

  • Better alignment among medical, legal, and claim stakeholders
