SIMP Structured Interdisciplinary Multimodal Pain treatment is a coordinated rehabilitation program for injured workers whose pain has become chronic, complex, or functionally limiting. Rather than isolated appointments, SIMP brings together a team of specialists working from a shared treatment plan focused on restoring function and supporting return to work.
Workers from Whatcom County who have been through standard conservative care without achieving meaningful functional progress, and whose claim managers or providers are looking for a structured next step, may be candidates for SIMP evaluation. Program fit is determined through the intake and referral review process.
Convivio Health does not have a clinic in Bellingham. The nearest location offering SIMP Pain Management is our Lynnwood facility, approximately 45 to 60 minutes south on I-5.
